Yes, absolutely. You are provided with a high-buoyancy Life Jacket that keeps you afloat even if you fall in. Non-swimmers can safely do Grade I, II, and III.
14 years is the minimum age for the 9KM section. For longer trips (16KM+), we recommend 16+ years.
We do not recommend it as it can get lost or wet. We offer dry bags, but it is at your own risk. Better to use our GoPro service.
